greenfield design-build membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment plant.
Based upon Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC Platform and Wonderware Intouch
Operator Interface.
Project: Mechanical Wastewater
Treatment Plant
Facility design, including power, control,
instrumentation systems, PLC and SCADA programming and startup for a
system-wide upgrade and modernization of a 2 MGD mechanical wastewater
treatment plant. Included telemetry system for lift stations. Included power
system upgrade, Allen Bradley SLC500 to ControlLogix upgrade, Wonderware
Intouch Operator Interface, Control Microsystems RTU upgrade to existing
licensed frequency telemetry system.
Project: Solids Handling Facility
Electrical power distribution and control system design
for Solids Handling Facility, including Belt Filter Press addition,
automatic truck lead-out facilities. Control System based upon Allen
Bradley SLC500 PLCs and Wonderware Intouch Operator Interface
Project: Municipal Water System
Electrical Upgrade and
 SCADA Telemetry
Electrical power distribution and control system design,
telemetry based SCADA system, programming and startup for municipal water
system upgrade. Telemetry Equipment included Opto22 RTUs and MDS Spread
spectrum Ethernet radio MAS system.
Project: Allen Bradley PLC
Projects
PLC upgrade and replacement for a cement kiln and
conveying system using Allen Bradley Control Logix processors. Coal Mill
Addition, various PLC projects and system maintenance on a multiple
processor, Allen Bradley based control system. Includes several PLC5,
SLC500 and ControlLogix processors with dual-redundant messaging system
using Ethernet and Data Highway Plus networks. Custom report generation
using Visual Basic .NET and Intellution iHistorian.
Project: Cleanroom Control System
Cleanroom fab control system engineering, design,
programming, calibration, SCADA system integration and startup. Includes
addition of Allen Bradley PLC5 ethernet processors, remote IO and
ControlNet networks. Included redesign of deionized water system,
addition of high purity deionized water system, waste systems, mechanical
support systems. Multiple Allen Bradley Panelview field located Operator
Interface stations provide local/remote control capabilities.
Project: Municipal
Water\Wastewater System Upgrade
and SCADA System
Municipal Water System Improvements including pump
station additions, control panel and telemetry system design, programming
and startup.
Project: Industrial Wastewater
Treatment Plant
Electrical, controls and instrumentation design and
procurement support for food products Waste Water Pretreatment Plant.
Resultant pretreated dairy waste material from new product line matched
influent to existing site Waste Treatment Plant. Coordinate new
electrical service with utility, allowing rapid field mobilization.
Developed permit submittal materials for use by contractor and owner.
Addition utilized Allen Bradley Micologix PLC and Panelview Operator
Interface.
