Project Experience
  •  Full facility electrical and controls design and system integration of 3.2 MGD surface water treatment plant and citywide distribution system for large municipality.  Includes remote storage tanks and booster pumping stations controlled via telemetry system.

  • Experts in the design, system integration and commissioning of Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) wastewater treatment facilities across the United States and Canada.  Engaged in multiple capacities with several dozen facilities since 2002.

  •  Control System replacement for the primary surface water treatment plant serving a major metropolitan area.  Included replacement of all PLCs, networks, and operator interface stations including complete reprogramming of system.

  •  Control system design, PLC programming, integration and commissioning of a multiple food assembly and packaging lines, including integrated motion control

  •  Electrical, control system and system integration of multiple industrial wastewater anaerobic reactors, including and integration with biogas flare system.

  •  Complete facility design including power, control, instrumentation systems, all PLC and SCADA programming and startup for a greenfield design-build membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment plant. 

  •  Complete facility design including power, control, instrumentation systems, all PLC and SCADA programming and startup for a system-wide upgrade and modernization of a 2 MGD wastewater treatment plant.  Included telemetry system for lift stations

  •  Telemetry and SCADA system turnkey design and construction for several municipalities throughout the Northwest.

  •  Electrical power distribution and control system design including telemetry based SCADA, programming and startup for municipal water and wastewater systems in Idaho.

  •  PLC upgrade and replacement for a cement kiln and conveying system, using Allen Bradley Control Logix processors.

  •  Cleanroom fab control system engineering, design, programming, calibration, SCADA system integration and startup.

  •  System Integration of coal conveying, grinding and delivery systems to operating cement kiln including PLC programming, HMI screen development and startup. 

  •  Development and implementation on-line routines for optimization of hydroelectric plant performance calculations.

  •  Material handling systems with in-motion weighing for bulk food processing, ore and coal.

  •  Site general services including SCADA system maintenance, general programming and emergency call support for several industrial and municipal clients.

  •  Design, configuration and implementation of real-time automated test systems for major manufacturer and assembler of heavy equipment.
